Core charges are "deposits" or "Cash on Return" charges applied to products the manufacturer wants returned for the re-manufacturing process. It is a dollar value the manufacturer has placed on your old unit. Once a rebuildable core is returned the core charge is refunded back to you.
Note: The core (old unit) must be in rebuildable condition. See our Policies & Procedures article on Acceptable & Non-acceptable core
