Shipping:

  • Orders over $149 will be subject to free shipping.
    • Exclusions may Apply
  • Same day shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm eastern standard time Monday through Friday. (Transaction must be completed & verified)
    • Orders placed using Next Day Air, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day shipping after 3pm est. will be shipping the following business day.
    • All effort will be made to ship as quickly as possible on the day of the order
  • Orders are shipped through UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air
  • Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays

Note:

  • Due to growing online fraudulent activity, Bostech has taken the following steps:
    • Orders over $1000.00 will require a signature upon delivery unless arrangements are made through customer service.
    • Orders having different “Bill To” and “Ship To” information will need to be verified with the Customer Care department before shipping.
      • VIP customers (established accounts) are exempt from these guidelines; if you would like to inquire on becoming a VIP customers please contact a member of our Customer Care Team

Damaged Products:

  • If your product has been damaged in shipping, please contact Bostech Customer Care. Do not install product unless instructed by Bostech. Bostech will handle shipping of replacement product.
  • In order to process a damaged claim with shipper Bostech may need pictures of the product and packaging as it was received.
