Product Returns

Bostech accepts new returns within 180 days / 6 months of product purchase. Items are eligible to be returned to Bostech for a refund if the following conditions are met;

  • Product is in the original box
  • Product is new, never installed, resalable condition
  • All hardware, gaskets, and paperwork is included

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Bostech is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping.

Returns are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee. This depends on product requiring re-boxing, labeling, packaging, and/or shipping fees paid by Bostech on the original purchase under Bostech's "free" shipping program.

All returns require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number supplied by Bostech's Customer Care department. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on the package, packages received with no RMA clearly marked will delay the inspection process and delay credit.

Special Notes:

  • Products received as new but clearly identified as installed will be denied credit.
  • Electronics (modules, sensors, actuators) received removed from sealed bag will be considered installed and will be denied credit.
